- Espresso is a highly concentrated coffee
- Latte is espresso and steamed milk
- Cappuccino is espresso, steamed milk and thick foam
- An Americano is espresso diluted with hot water
- Mocha is espresso, chocolate syrup and steamed milk
- Breve is espresso and steamed half and half
- Ethiopia is the birthplace of coffee
- Coffee is not a bean, but is the seed of a cherry
- There are two main types of coffee, Robusto and Arabica
- Our specialty coffees and chai can be decaf or regular
- Our drinks can be made with whole, skim or soy milk
