"Did you know that caffeine is the most widely used drug in America? I admit it, I need my caffeine. I have to have my kick start in the morning or I am miserable and have trouble functioning.
There is good news for residents of the Lehigh Valley. I have the place for you to go. The Java Joint. It is locally owned and operated by Betty Hockman. She lost her job and took a chance in 2003 by opening the first location, 7370 Hamilton Blvd in Trexlertown (across from Air Products), not far from Dorney Park. The Java Joint is a drive-thru coffee stand that has specialty coffee and pastries. My favorite is the Mocha. On warm days, I have it blended (which is frozen). I will ever take Taliesen along with me occasionally and he loves the chocolate milk. It is so much better then what I make at home. In a discussion with a Realtor, she told me that the smoothies are fantastic. I will have to give one a try.Recently, a second location was opened on Tilghman Street in Kuhnsville. So next time you are feeling a little sluggish, check it out."

I have to say, the lattes at Java Joint are the best around! If you like to taste your espresso instead of warm milk, then Java Joint is for you! Other places you have to get 4 or more shots just to even get anywhere close to the flavor from Java Joint (which is a few dollars more!). Save yourself the money and aggravation! Go to Java Joint!
